While setting up Oracle monitor, without using the full admin user, how to specify which user rights do we have to set in order to monitor the instance? If the user has the permission to execute the queries in the file AppManagerHome/working/conf/application/Oracle.xml, then the user should be able to monitor Oracle database using Application Manager.
