I’m using an earlier version of Applications Manager. Can I upgrade to version 11

Not yet. We are working on the service pack to upgrade to version 11. This should be available in the next few days. However, if you are using a version earlier than 10.9, you can upgrade to version 10.9 by following the steps given in this page.
