For monitoring your Weblogic server, the user need to have
'Administrator' privileges. This is because, in Applications Manager, an agent
will be deployed in the Weblogic Server. This agent performs data collection. A user should have 'Administrator' privileges to deploy this agent.
Follow the below steps to associate the user to
'Administrators' role:
Security -> Realms -> myrealms -> Users -> click on specified
user -> Groups tab -> Assign to Current/Chosen groups from possible groups
available.
